At PurEnergy, our goal is to deliver an ongoing variety of fitness classes for you to look forward to. Our instructors/trainers are passionate (we walk the talk!) and rest assured, we will be sweating right by your side in every class!
Our instructors/trainers focus on YOU. We check for proper form and will provide modifications throughout the class, tailoring to all fitness levels. We aim to exceed your expectations with a variety of class types, movements, music, thoughtful coaching, and contagious energy to reconnect minds and bodies.

Looking for a strong, toned and lean physique? Pur Power Barre combines classical dance training, strength training and Pilates. This challenging workout increasing muscular endurance, improves stability, balance and core while ultimately improving posture.
High Intensity Interval Training is a training in which low to moderate intensity intervals are alternated with high intensity intervals. The intensity of this type of training is higher and therefore you are able to increase both your aerobic and anaerobic endurance while burning more fat than ever before! In research HITT has been shown to speed up your metabolism which helps you burn more calories throughout the day.
This workout leverages gravity and your bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises. You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise – because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. This class focuses on fast, effective total-body workout building a rock solid core and increasing muscular endurance.
This non-contact group class combines boxing techniques with cardio movements. The class includes interval training, skipping, hand pad and heavy bag drills and calisthenics. This upbeat, fun and stress relieving class will help you achieve your goals whether they are to lose weight, build muscle, improve stamina or simply wanting that extra fitness challenge.
A variety of muscle conditioning exercises to strengthen the muscles in the body and improve overall endurance. Using weights, equipment and body weight you will leave each class feeling stronger, tighter and more toned.
A low-key candle lit flow classes intended to ground you in your own sense of strength and peace while lengthening your body and strengthening your core. Combining yoga principles with Kundalini meditation allows for the flow of energy from the base of your spine up into the crown of your head liberating yourself from fears, doubts and insecurities.

This relaxing class is a wonderful complement to the more active classes we offer here at PurEnergy. Lights will be dimmed, music is calming and blankets are provided to warm the body as you slip deeper and deeper into a meditative state. In this class, blocks, bolsters and blankets are used to support the body as you hold seated and floor poses for an extended period of time (10-20 minutes) to open your body through passive stretching. This relaxing style of practice will leave you feeling open and refreshed.
A fun and addictive dance workout based on functional training with a very strong focus on musicality and lyrical expression. No dance experience required! This pioneering program converts functional training protocols into innovative dance moves, ensuring the body moves in a natural and healthy way. Movements are controlled and very grounded making it safe and gentle on the joints and fun for everyone!
A high intensity, strength building series of circuits that will challenge your endurance and put your fitness to the test. This class is outdoors, weather permitting.
