Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F and coat muffins tins with coconut oil
  2. In a bowl combine dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt)
  3. In another bowl, combine wet ingredients (bananas, maple syrup, egg, oil and vanilla)
  4. Combine the flour mixture into the banana mixture
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips (optional)
  6. Fill muffin tins with mixture until approximately 2/3 full
  7. Bake for 24 minutes
