Black Bean Tacos
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of avocado oil
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 (15 ounce) can of organic black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
- 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- With a potato masher, mash black beans, then add chia seeds, hemp hearts salt, pepper and cayenne until thick
- Heat avocado oil in a pan over medium-low heat; sauté garlic in hot oil until golden. Add in black bean mixture and reduce heat to low cooking at a simmer until thick and fragrant
- Serve with corn tortillas, tomato, avocado, shredded lettuce, cashew yogurt (in replace of sour cream) and goat cheese
