Shrimp Spaghetti Aglio Olio (20 Minutes, only 4 Ingredients!)
Ingredients
- 250 gram Gogo Quinoa Spaghetti
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced
- 250 grams Large Shrimp, de-veined
- 1 Tablespoon fresh Parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Bring water to a boil, add salt then add spaghetti and cook for 12-13 minutes or until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
- While pasta is cooking, in a pan sauté, in olive oil, garlic on low until fragrant. Add shrimp cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side. Add the pasta water to the pan and bring to a boil.
- After 2 minutes, the water will reduce thicken into a sauce. Drain the pasta and toss in the pan with the shrimp.
- Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately
