Shrimp Spaghetti Aglio Olio (20 Minutes, only 4 Ingredients!)

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil, add salt then add spaghetti and cook for 12-13 minutes or until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
  2. While pasta is cooking, in a pan sauté, in olive oil, garlic on low until fragrant. Add shrimp cooking for 3-4 minutes on each side. Add the pasta water to the pan and bring to a boil.
  3. After 2 minutes, the water will reduce thicken into a sauce. Drain the pasta and toss in the pan with the shrimp.
  4. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve immediately
